FOCUS AREA – FINGERS AND PALM

Restoring fine movements through a slow and effective method.

What is it?

Interactive and assistive therapies through finger movements

Sensor-based rehabilitation device for interactive and assistive therapies through finger and thumb movements. Through the systems measurement of strength, range of motion, muscle tone and spasticity, it allows for individuality and precision in finger therapy through an engaging and entertaining method.

Who is it for?

Patients with impaired motor function of the fingers due to various diseases. It is suitable for children and adults, for patients with impaired muscle tone (paresis, paralysis) and impaired sensitivity. The EMG-based module allows therapies even without the presence of muscular strength. It can be used in all stages of rehabilitation.

Why is it effective?

Provides passive, complementary and active therapy with precise dosage of force, speed and range of motion. This allows for precise individualization of therapy for better results by restricting or assisting the fingers depending on their need to perform the most correct movement. The sensitivity training regime prepares the fingers for smooth and optimal loading.
